Who We Are

4Saints & Friends Food Pantry is a welcoming, upbeat community where volunteers and families work together to make sure no one goes without good food. We treat everyone with dignity and respect, and we do our best to make the pantry a comfortable place for people to get what they need.
Each Friday, our volunteers help 180–220 families pick up fresh produce, dairy, pantry staples, hygiene products and pet food. We also offer something just as meaningful: a chance to chat, check in, and connect with others. A friendly conversation can make a big difference, and our volunteers help create an environment where people feel supported and know they’re not alone.
What We Do
Our Friday distribution is fully client-choice, which means families pick out the groceries they want with the help of a volunteer. Other volunteers walk with them to their car and help load their food. We serve a lot of families every Friday, and it’s genuinely fun to talk with the people you’re helping. Because we need around 50 volunteers each week, Fridays are perfect for groups. Volunteer hours are 8:15am–2:00pm, and you don’t have to stay the whole time.
On Wednesdays, we receive our large food order from Tarrant Area Food Bank. Volunteers help us get everything onto shelves and into refrigerators and freezers. This is a great behind-the-scenes shift for people who like organizing or staying busy. Wednesday help is needed from 8:00–11:00ish.
Most months, on the 4th Saturday, we host a mobile pantry in the parking lot across the street. Volunteers pack boxes of food and load them into clients’ cars—a simple, high-energy way to help a lot of people in a short time. It’s another great opportunity for groups, whether friends, families, sports teams, youth groups, or coworkers. Saturday mobile pantry hours are 9:15am–1:30pm.
