4Saints & Friends Food Pantry is a welcoming, upbeat community where people show up for each other. Volunteers and families work side by side to ensure access to healthy, nourishing food, always with dignity and respect.

Each week, our volunteers help hundreds of families choose food that supports everyday life—fresh produce, dairy, protein, pantry staples, hygiene items, and pet food. Just as important, we create a space that feels organized, calm, and friendly. A short conversation, a smile, or a helping hand can make a real difference, and our volunteers are central to that experience.

People volunteer with 4Saints for many reasons: to give back, earn service hours, spend time with coworkers, or simply do something meaningful. However you arrive, you’ll be welcomed, supported, and part of a team that makes a visible impact in just a few hours.

We put our values into action through a client-choice food pantry, where families select the groceries that work best for them, with volunteers nearby to help and walk alongside them.

Fridays are our main distribution days. Volunteers help serve 180–220 families, assist with carrying food to cars, and help maintain the warm, respectful environment that defines 4Saints. The work is fast-paced, social, and well-suited for groups. Volunteer hours are 8:15am–2:00pm, and you don’t have to stay the entire time.

On Wednesdays, volunteers work behind the scenes, stocking shelves and organizing refrigerators and freezers after our food delivery from Tarrant Area Food Bank. This shift is ideal for people who enjoy staying active and organized. Hours are 8:00–11:00ish.

Several months each year, we also host a Mobile Pantry on the 4th Saturday (March, April, May, September, October, November, and December). Volunteers pack boxes and load food into cars—a high-energy, straightforward way to help many families quickly. Mobile Pantry hours are 9:15am–1:30pm, and it’s another great option for groups of all kinds.
