This TAFB Mobile Market will be supported by the Tarrant Area Food Bank from beginning to end! To ensure safety of our volunteers and our neighbors in need, our distributions are set up like a drive-through! Clients drive up and volunteers load food such as dry goods, dairy, produce and frozen protein into their cars. When you arrive you will be instructed to help set up and assigned to a role during the distribution. Register to volunteer to help make this a success and feed hungry north Texans!

Follow these work practices to stay safe in hot weather:
- Drink lots of water to stay hydrated
- Take the time to acclimate. If you are not used to working in the heat, start out slowly.
- Take frequent breaks in the shade or an air-conditioned area.
- Wear light-colored and loose clothing if possible.
- Wear a hat that provides protection to your face, ears, scalp, and neck.
- Use sunscreen on any exposed areas.
- Use the buddy system (Let someone know if you are not feeling well).
- Consider wearing wet neck towels, gel-filled cooling neck scarves or cooling vests to keep body heat down.
